Infant aquatics classes are designed to create an excellent foundation for the child’s future in the water promoting parent and infant bonding, safe practice and water confidence.

Aqua yoga classes teach the techniques needed for maximising the space for mother and baby and combine the therapeutic and buoyant nature of water with the energising and harmonious affects of yoga.

Pre and postnatal yoga is a practice that promotes balance, energy, deep breathing and relaxation. The training will explore breathing techniques and positions for labour and birth, as well as covering stages of labour, hormones and birth development.

Baby yoga and massage classes offer quality physical stimulation including flowing postures, holding, movement, touch, voice and deep relaxation. They encourage a happy, carefree and lively parent-infant interaction, which develops as the baby grows.
